Courvoisier hosted yet another Houston party again last Wednesday that was invite only. This party was a step up from the club type of style that Courvoisier held with LRG at Endzone Fashions this May. This time, the occasion was a private dinner at Sullivan's, an upscale steakhouse in the Galleria area. Let me say I thoroughly enjoyed myself with the delicious food and the little history lesson given about my now favorite alcoholic beverage. One of the most interesting things I didn't know was that lil' Napolean had his hand in Courvoisier's history so much. He was a fan of the cognac before it was established by Felix Courvoisier in 1835, often taking several barrels of it with him to St. Helena.
He's also the logo for the company as well.
It's was just a nice event in general. I got to experience a full course meal and enjoy Courvoisier's delicacies before I made my way to the Big Tune competition in Downtown Houston later that night.
Don't worry, I took enough pictures so you can view the experience as a whole. Go on...take a look.
